Man…just when I think I’ve heard enough, I receive two more barbaric stories. WARNING: THESE ARE TRUE STORIES.

Now…in the previous post, I told you about the reason for having kids (via Lil Wayne).  SMH!  Now, just when you thought things couldn’t get worse, stuff like this happens:

This truly breaks my heart.  Kids coming into this world, and the parents who don’t know the reason or purpose of a child, exposing the child to such foolish acts.  If you don’t know the purpose of something, abuse is inevitable. Abuse = abnormal use.  Prayer is a necessity.

Hello to my fellow readers. As most of you know, my wife and I are just weeks away from being first time parents. Prior to the pregnancy, I was very passionate about parenthood. My biggest pet peeve is bad parenting, hence my passion. If I could, I would love to be a Family Therapist. Anywho, I believe that many parents have children without knowing the purpose of a child. No, it’s not a baby doll, a tax deduction, a lock to a relationship that you don’t want to end, etc. Many children grow up with the same issues as their parents, creating this generational cycle (or snowball effect) of bad parenting, and misguided children. At any rate, I’ve heard many reasons for having a child, but this one takes the cake:

It’s been a long time…I shouldn’t have left you…without a dope blog to browse thru…

…anyway, whassup people? I was just vibing on the concept of being a father. I am 34 days away from becoming a father. (OMG!) This is definitely gonna be a new position in my life for many reasons. One obviously reason: I’m about to do something that I’ve never see before. My father wasn’t in the home when I was coming up. Thank God I have a relationship with him now, but prior to that, I may have seen him once or twice a year. Well, before I attempt to do something that I’ve never done before, I must find out the meaning of the role that I’m about to take on.
